This gas stove is designed to be used only with gas supply from a gas cylinder, you would not be able to use it with Natural gas supply.

You would need to adjust the air flow from the metal bracket at the "tail" of the burner.

Hello, as with every gas product, you would need to ensure that the flexible hose is tightened with jubilee clips and perform a soapy water leakage test, before you actually use the heater to ensure that there are no gas leaks. Other than that, if the heater is used accordingly to the instruction manual, it is very safe to use.

You can use Propane or Butane (LPG), you cannot use methane (natural gas) with this gas stove.

This stove is compatible with both Propane and Butane gas supply and you would need to hook it up to a gas cylinder, the only incompatible gas supply is natural gas (methane).

The flame will blow out when the air is more than the gas flowing in. That is why you need to adjust the airflow inside the combustion.

We would not be able to provide any information on a product that is not ours, unfortunately. Although they might appear similar, their structure and operations might be different and we cannot advise on that.

Do you have the model with the safety device (NJ-60SD). If so, you would need to ensure that all burner caps are placed correctly on the burners as shown in the video. Also, check whether the safety device pins (located on the inner circle of the burner) are heating up when the burner is working. If they are too far from the flame and not heating up, you can push them a bit forward to the flame in order to ensure that they would heat up and will not cut-off the gas supply to the burner as a safety precaution.

You would need to use a compatible regulator to reduce the pressure that comes from the gas cylinder (propane or butane - 5kg-47kg) and connect that regulator to the cylinder either by screwing it on or clipping it on - depending on the outlet of the gas cylinder. From there you need to attach one end of the rubber hose to the 8mm hose stern of the gas regulator and tighten it with a jubilee clip. From there you can see 1:30 on how to connect the other end of the hose to the gas stove.

This would really depend on the build, Most of the dual connection stoves are unsafe to use as they have not been CE certified exactly because of the reason that they are dual connection stoves. We would recommend that you check whether you have the CE label and reach out to the manufacturer for further advice on this.
